After you complete your order you will get a confirmation email. You can log in to our webstore at anytime and check the status of your order. You will also get an email when your order status changes.
Your order status will change from 'Pending' to 'Processing' when we receive your order and make your gift card(s). This process usually happens within 24 hours, but may take up to 48 hours depending on our 'in-house' business, as our webstore is handled and maintained on-site, and not by a third-party.
Once your order is processed, we will ship the next business day via USPS First Class Mail. Please allow 1-3 business days (as per USPS shipping standards) to receive your order. Please note that we only ship to United States addresses
A small $2.00 shipping fee is added for all shipped orders, regardless of quantity or value of gift cards. If you want to send purchased gift cards to multiple addresses, we require you to place individual orders for each address you wish to send to.
The option to 'pick-up' gift cards at our restaurant will always remain an option, and will negate the $2.00 shipping fee, although our standard processing times will still apply to all online orders. If you need gift cards immediately, its best to visit our restaurant and purchase them in-store.
We do not accept returns or refunds on gift card sales, whether online or in-store. All sales are final. Please be sure of the quantity and value of the gift cards in your cart before purchasing.
